Access and data

What do I need to access?

To access your personal account on Debtor Portal, you have to provide your DNI/CIF data and email or a mobile phone number, in which you will receive a one-time password after confirmation of the submitted information.

Can I modify my personal data?

It is possible to add aditional telephone, email or address via Debtor Portal. For modification of the rest of the data, please contact us.

I try to access but it does not allow me.

Expiration period for access confirmation code is 48 hours. It is possible that the data referring is expired or is not valid. Please contact us.

Is my data protected?

The data are protected, being the only valid access system the password sent to your email or mobile phone number.

It forces me to request a new password again.

Your password has an expiration date of 60 days from its creating.
